How We Got Here
Six years ago, we noticed something troubling. Bright finance graduates were entering corporations with solid academic knowledge but struggling with real-world financial analysis. We decided to bridge that gap.
The Beginning
Started with 12 finance professionals in Buenos Aires. Our first workshops focused on cash flow modeling using real company data from Argentine markets. The feedback was immediate — participants finally understood how theory connected to daily corporate finance decisions.
Expanding Methods
We introduced case studies from actual Latin American corporate restructuring projects. Our curriculum began including risk assessment techniques that participants were using in their jobs within weeks of training completion.
Regional Recognition
Finance departments across South America started recommending our programs. We developed specialized tracks for different industries — manufacturing, agriculture, and technology sectors each have unique financial challenges.
Today
Over 800 finance professionals have completed our programs. We continue refining our approach based on feedback from both participants and the companies that hire them. Our autumn 2025 cohort starts in September.
